Gay Collins – Chief Executive
Gay Collins is a founding Partner at Penrose and specialises in institutional asset management and the pensions arena. Penrose’s financial services and capital markets focus was a natural evolution as Gay started her career selling Eurobonds to fund managers at Merrill Lynch and then worked for Dean Witter (now Morgan Stanley) in London and New York. Prior to Penrose, she helped to establish Ludgate Communications, where she was head of the Corporate Division and a founding shareholder. After eight years she left to set up Penrose following Ludgate’s acquisition by Interpublic Group.
One of Gay’s specialisations at Penrose is strategic positioning and crisis management for investment and pensions businesses. She has 16 years experience in PR and has built up extensive contacts, particularly amongst the fund management and pensions media.
